Writing the Everyday

News of a very special writing retreat and more co-writing dates

Writing the Everyday

Hello there...

I hope you are keeping well and that this month of February is treating you gently so far.

I'm returning to my desk tonight having spent the weekend hosting a group of wonderful women for a weekend of pausing, resting and writing with the absolutely incredible writer and all round amazing human, Kerri ní Dochartaigh. I'm still trying to find the words for what was an exceptionally magical time... I'm looking forward, over the coming days, to reflecting on the magic and joy of what it means to bring women together to write and what a privilege and pleasure that is.

As I look towards the light and change in seasons (the daffodils are so nearly out in our garden), I'm delighted to share news of a very exciting writing retreat for women that I'm hosting in May with the truly wonderful award-winning author, writing mentor and facilitator, Huma Qureshi, as a special guest.

And last but by no means least, find out the next co-writing dates which will start again in March.

I hope to write with you again soon. Thank you so much for reading.

Join me in March for some free online co-writing sessions!

What to expect

The sessions will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes with a moment to pause and ground ourselves at the beginning and time at the end to have a little catch up (should you wish).

You don’t have to talk, you don’t have to bring anything specific to work on (I’ll share a prompt in the chat), you don’t have to have your camera on, the whole idea is just showing up and spending some time with your words in the company of others.
